I am looking for like minded individuals that are frustrated by the current social conditions of our society and wish to change the status quo.  

This project is for an  intentional community that is dedicated to building low cost off grid housing, as well as to provide employment opportunities for the community we serve.

Good people, living a better life while working to make life better for themselves and others.

Pay rent into a tenant run nonprofit dedicated to personal self improvement, all while helping others.

First and last months rent is required:  $600.00/month, rent never goes up. ($1200.00)  The rent you pay goes into a company which is run by tenants, tenants decide how to spend the funds...  its like paying rent to yourself.

You get a private 12 by 12 foot room that includes a small 12 volt fridge, hotplate, compost toilet, 200 watts of solar, battery plus inverter. You also get 7,000 square feet of land for you to grow a garden, build stuff, or whatever.

This start-up concept consists of 4+ acres of land, cars trucks tools, an old farm house, 2 sheds and 2 containers. This belongs to this non-profit and the project will be run by seasoned tennants through an online app. 

I hope the first unit will be ready in a couple of months, but if you choose to come earlier you can live in your car or tent and help build your unit. The work you do will be accounted for and paid to you. 

Being broke is due to bad choices, lack of education, and a predatory economy, yet with the proper environment and community we can self-improve. If we pool resources, and live with less stuff, we can help others who also find themselves suffering from our current lack of affordable housing. Rental payments are pooled and used to improve living conditions and grow our project.

Off grid housing is a high demand business opportunity, with the potential of expanding the project nationwide. Imagine having access to communities across the United States, with a variety of live-work participatory business opportunities.
