Water
Forums:
Water is similar to how electricity is managed. Water is the responsibility of the tenant. Although you get a rain water system when you start, the maintenance and upgrade of the supply is up to you. Different people have different use requirements for water therefore water is best set up individually or metered.
We have county water but it is not turned on and there is a leak that would need repair. I had it turned off when I found I did not need it. We also have a well that could be he rehabilitated. I have found that there is more than enough rain in Georgia to provide plenty of water.
