Water
Forums:
Water is similar to how electricity is managed. Water is the responsibility of the tenant. You start with a rain water system, the maintenance and upgrade is up to you. Different people have different use requirements for water therefore water is best set up individually, or metered.
We have county water, but it is not turned on and there is a leak that needs repair. I had it turned off when I found I did not need it. We also have a well that could be he rehabilitated. I have found that there is more than enough rain in Georgia to provide plenty of water.
I am certain that as a group you will com up with the ideal solution.
