The Warrell Corporation has been providing high quality confectionery products since 1965: we’re celebrating 50 years of Sweet Success! From our humble beginnings as Pennsylvania Dutch Candies in Mount Holly Springs, PA a half century ago until the present day, we have strived to develop mutually beneficial partnerships with our customers. We believe this is a primary reason why we are able to serve the contract candy, snack, ingredient, bulk and private label manufacturing needs of some of the top food companies and retailers in North America and around the world.

It all began on the sandy beaches of the Outer Banks in Duck, North Carolina. There, Russ DiGilio and his family would enjoy relaxing and fun vacations… but something was missing, there were no fresh donuts! So, they decided to create their own… and Duck Donuts was born.

Since 1942, the Pennsylvania Rural Electric Association (PREA) has served as the unified voice for electric cooperatives in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. These member-owned entities provide power and other services within their respective service territories. PREA is a non-profit, service organization headquartered in Harrisburg, Pa., and is governed by a 14-member board of directors – one director from each member cooperative.
