This proposal outlines a strategic plan for the national development and replication of self-sustaining, off-grid intentional communities, focused on providing efficient, single-living units. Building upon the Principal's proven track record of successful urban redevelopment in Atlanta during the 1990s, where five, two and three story brick buildings were transformed into profitable commercial/residential loft spaces, this initiative aims to address the critical need for affordable, sustainable housing while generating long-term asset growth.

Project Overview:

The project will commence with the establishment of a pilot community, emphasizing the construction of one off-grid, self-sustaining single-family unit co-housed by five founding tenants, designed for affordability and environmental responsibility. This model will then be strategically replicated across both metropolitan and rural areas nationwide, adapting to diverse regional needs.
